B&B Lamezia Airport: La struttura è situata difronte la stazione centrale, a 1 km dall’aeroporto internazionale, ad 1 km dall’imbocco della superstrada e dell’autostrada.La particolarità della nostra struttura è la sua strategica ubicazione. Il B&B Lamezia Airport, dispone in tutto di otto stanze, di cui, quattro stanze doppie con letti matrimoniali (Queen size), una delle quattro può essere sdoppiata con due letti singoli, due stanze triple, una composta da un letto matrimoniale e un lettino, una scomponibile in tre letti; due stanze singole con letti una piazza e mezza. Le camere sono comode e spaziose, per lo più silenziose per un tranquillo riposo notturno; ogni camera dispone del proprio balcone.Tutte le stanze sono dotate di internet WIFI, TV LCD 32’’, stampante collegata in rete, bollitore (con the, camomilla, caffè), armadio, materassi, cuscini in memory foam e climatizzatore impostato in base alla temperatura esterna.Nel nostro B&B domotico è stato installato un sistema di controllo accessi con schede r.f.i.d., e ciascuna camera è fornita di lettore/tastiera esterno che provvede all’apertura della porta, in più la tasca porta badge interna attiva le utenze. Tutte le porte, comprese quelle delle camere, possono essere aperte a distanza via web.La porta automatica scorrevole principale è attivabile con: badge/tastiera/a distanza.Infine il citofono tradizionale, pre-esistente, è collegato al sistema di domotica, per consentire anche l’apertura delle porte condominiali via internet. Tutto questo per una totale “reception virtuale”. Il corridoio e la reception, sono coperti da telecamere ip con visore notturno a registrazione continua. Per quanto riguarda la supervisione e il controllo, il sistema è gestito via internet attraverso un web server. Dalla schermata web personalizzata è possibile visualizzare le camere occupate oltre che aprire i varchi ed attivare le utenze. Tutte e otto le camere sono curate nei particolari, ma con semplicità per far sentire i nostri ospiti sempre a casa. Hanno tutte il bagno in camera e sono dotate di phon e kit cortesia. Le camere sono ubicate su due piani, al 2° e al 4°. Al 2°,oltre alle quattro camere troverete una piccola reception, nella quale vengono accolti i clienti, assegnate le camere, consegnati i buoni colazione ed effettuati i pagamenti. La nostra colazione viene servita presso un bar sottostante aperto 24 H. Questa soluzione , è stata adottata per andare incontro ai diversi orari di partenza dei nostri clienti.

Dove si trova?
Si trova in via del Mare, 13 di fronte alla stazione centrale. Ad 1 km di distanza dall’aeroporto Internazionale, ad 1 km dall’uscita dell’autostrada e a 3 km dal mare.
A che ora viene servita la colazione e dove?
La nostra colazione, viene servita presso un bar sottostante, aperto 24 H. Questa, ci è sembrata la soluzione migliore per poter andare incontro anche ai nostri clienti che hanno il check-out molto presto. In struttura verranno poi fornite maggiori informazioni.
Da che ora è possibile effettuare il check-in?
Il check-in è dalle 15:00 alle 20:00, ma per questioni organizzative e per evitare inutili attese reciproche, è consigliabile comunicare l’orario in anticipo.
Dopo le 20:00 invece, siamo organizzati con self check-in, pratico e veloce.
Cosa si trova nelle stanze?
In ogni stanza è presente: kit cortesia, kit asciugamani, asciugacapelli, bollitore con thè, camomilla e caffè, condizionatore e TV lcd 32″.
Il wi-fi è gratuito?
Il wi-fi è presente in tutta la struttura gratuitamente. Dietro la porta della camera troverete le credenziali di accesso.
E' consentito l'accesso per gli animali?
No, la struttura non è organizzata per offrire questo servizio.
Ci sono degli orari da rispettare per il rientro in camera?
Una volta effettuato il check- in e ritirato la scheda, non ci sono degli orari entro i quali bisogna rientrare. Ovviamente, tutto nel rispetto degli altri ospiti presenti in struttura.
E' facile spostarsi in giro per la Calabria?
Ci sono moltissime zone facilmente raggiungibili con il treno, come Tropea, Scilla, Reggio Calabria, Catanzaro Lido e molte altre. Per chi invece volesse visitare sia il mare che la montagna, sarebbe preferibile noleggiare un auto.
Per il check-out?
Il check-out può avvenire in maniera autonoma. Nella reception troverete al di sopra della stampante, una apposita buca, dove potete inserire la scheda e andare via. Tutte le porte si apriranno tramite pulsante exit o maniglia. Per aprire il cancello esterno, premere il pulsante che si trova sulla sinistra.
